It’s easy to underestimate the importance of good copywriting and editing, especially for the web. Anybody who can read can write and edit, right?
Wrong. Strong copywriting is a specialized skill, and your silent/deadly weapon in creating awesome websites that really work.
Tiffani will talk about what makes for good web copy, how it’s different than other types of copy, how to learn how to write it, and why you should.
You MUST RSVP if you plan to attend this event, space is limited!
Tiffani is a seasoned manager (with over 6 years of experience managing people and projects) and a writer/editor with a proclivity for web copy. She learned everything she knows about the internet from the kind folks at Blue Flavor (hi, guys!). Now, she leads operations for thingsthatarebrown and runs a small copy shop, Second & Park.
She uses her writing and management skills to help companies run nice and look better.
This Refresh meeting is held at the Fremont Library, located near the Troll. Please RSVP if you'd like to attend.
And don’t forget that we’ll all head over to Blue Moon Burgers in Fremont for food and drinks after Refresh. Hope to see you there.
